QUESTIONS
Everything people ask before subscribing.
Do I need to be home for a visit?
No. Most members give the project manager access through building security or a house help. You get a photo report either way, so you can see exactly what was done.
What if a plant dies?
If it died from something we missed, we replace it free on any plan. Care Pro replaces plants whatever the cause.
Can I skip a visit if I am travelling?
Yes. Move it on WhatsApp and we will reschedule to a slot that suits. Visits do not expire within the year.
Does Care+ work if I did not buy a makeover plan?
Yes. Maintenance is sold on its own (D7). Send photos of what you already have and we baseline from those — there is no site survey either way.
What happens at renewal?
We message you a fortnight before with what the year cost and what we did. Nothing renews without you saying so.
